Things I'm grateful for today:

1. Not needing to suffer fools.

2. Being appreciated for work well done.

3. A positive outcome from a medical test.

4. Friendship that spans over more than 3 decades.

5. A mug of decaf Vanilla Latte and Banana Choc Chip Muffin after a 15 hour fasting.
