Things I'm grateful for today:
1. Being loved by someone.
2. Being missed by someone.
3. Sharing salad with mom and my daughter.
4. Having the means to buy my necessities.
5. Kindness of others.
6. Being heard and appreciated.
7. Being understood.
8. Time alone.
To express gratitude is to stalk and ensnare good things. When you hear the sound of gratitude, you will be prepared to give more. "When God loves a servant, He afflicts him; if he is patient, He chooses him; if he is thankful, He makes him elect."

1. Cooking nasi lemak for my family.
2. Eating home cooked food while watching the food channel on TV.
3. The strength to endure discomfort.
